Membership Declaration

 

I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a member of A Step Ahead Academy:

 

1. A Step Ahead Academy assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property or possessions of participants or caregivers.

2. Term fees must be paid in full prior to the participant starting the classes. These fees are non-refundable.

3. If either myself or my child is unwell, we will not attend the class to ensure the well-being of all participants.

4. All attendees, including participants and caregivers, are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards others, including fellow attendees, instructors, and the property.

5. Proper disposal of rubbish is required during the classes, either by using appropriate bins or by taking the rubbish with us.

6. Caregivers must remain present for the duration of the lesson. No child should be left unattended at any time during the classes.

7. For children attending Little Big Shots Two's, a participating caregiver must be physically able to participate in the activities.

8. ​For children attending Little Big Artists, a participating caregiver must always assist their child.

9. When taking photos or videos during the classes, I will be mindful to capture only my own child in the shots.

10. I understand that failure to comply with the Membership Declaration may result in a warning. If non-compliance continues, I may be asked to leave the classes without a refund.

 

By becoming a member of A Step Ahead Academy, I acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, and I agree to abide by them throughout my membership duration.
